I'm not sure if other banks offer this feature, but it's working really well for me. I get paid in US dollars into my checking account in the US so I was looking for the best way to get money into India. Oh, and another HSBC perk is when I use my US ATM card to withdraw money here in India, I'm not charged anything if I use an HSBC ATM in India, which is a great feature. |

I've had very good luck with HSBC, which was recommended by one of the other posters. They've got branches in the US, the UK, and India (and loads of other places as well).
