flat!

Hi everyone,

Please relocate this thread as you wish, but I still haven't found a convenient place to post accommodation-related material. I've been in Chennai about a week now, temporarily staying at IIT-Madras. I'm desperately trying to find a place closer to my office in Royapettah. Please let me know if you know of anyone looking for a roommate, or of a vacant apartment? I'm looking in Royapettah, Alwarpet, Nungambakkam, or Teynampet. Budget ideally around rp 5,000, but could be flexible. Preferably 1 BR, kitchen and bathroom.

If anyone knows of anything, be in touch!! Please and thank you

Moved your post here.

Although 'moving to' might seem odd when you are here already, it is the forum section that deals with residential. ex-pat, etc. issues, rather than tourism stuff.

Although there'll always be a bit of crossover between the forums

Hi Snaps, I am also looking for a shared flat in that area. I am working on mount road, thousand light. The maximum I can go upto 10000. If you have any flat, I am willing to join or I can search a 2 BHK flat around 10K-15K in near by area.
Let me know your thoughts

Hi Smaps, In today's freeads paper, I found one ad page 32, 4th columns, 1st ad, about a flat in Royapettah near woodlands theater. 900 SQFT, V or VII floor, 2BHK, with car park at 15000. I think, we can negotiate in 12000.
My office is 10 minutes walk from there. If anyone interested, we can talk further and view the flat. Please contact me at vinitkkain@gmail.com

Regards
Vinit
