Does anyone know any good Real Estate Brokers, Agents, etc...in Chennai?

Hey peeps,
Was wondering if anyone had any good brokers or agents that you've had a good relationship with or would recommend? All I require is a 3 bed room apartment with plenty of space. I've gone through the usual websites but I think I would prefer an agent to help me.

Hello Kunal, Looking for brokers/ agents in Chennai that I could call. As for area's, I have heard boat club, kotturpuram, Nungambakkam, CIT colony and Mylapore are good area's.

Even so, this is easily missed, and including the city name in the thread title helps to catch the eye of a member who might have the answer...

If you are rich enough to even mention Boat Club, the brokers will probably find you!

hahaha alright, not boat club but any others, Not particular about any area except that it should be central and in a decent area (meaning an evening walk wont be interupted by noise, smells, dust, feces..,. etc.

My colleague was able to find a decent place in MRC Nagar (way to the Marina by the lighthouse?) and our GM in Neelangarai which is quite far from where we are now which is Anna Salai but both are good areas.

As for the real estate broker, we only talked to one person and to be honest we had some headaches... nonetheless, if you have any questions you can PM me.
