Apt in Anna Nagar - what should be the rent?

Hi all: I have a question and need your help since I don't know the local market very well. My brother in Chennai is handling the renting of my 2 yr old apartment in Anna Nagar (just outside the main gate of The Chinmaya Vidyalaya in Anna Nagar). It is a 1500 sq ft, 3 BR unfurnished, very nice, looks alomost new, deluxe apartment. It has recently become vacant after my brother moved out. What should I ask for in terms of monthly rent?

Can you also give me suggestions as to where to post online for soliciting renters?

Don't rush into this, as it is probably worth more now than you think; rentals really have just gone up. I know someone who just moved out of a very nice apartment overlooking ThiRuViKa (?) park, but I forget what they were paying; I can ask my wife tomorrow when she is awake. If you don;t get an answer from someone else, post on the this thread again to remind me!
