Anyone book bus tix online w/Redbus.in?

I just happened to click on the link on the forums page and saw they even deliver (25 RS charge). Has anyone ever used this service?
I put in for Chennai-Pondy and there are many choices, and even a Thiruvanmiyur p/u, which is near me.

Yes, I have used redbus.in once for Chennai-Bangalore circuit and it went without any hassles.

I did check the Chennai - Pondy Circuit [ Out of curiosity] and noticed ,

a) For Several Trips, Full Fare for the entire route is quoted and it's normal for the omni buses in this route but thought fo telling !I mean , Rathimeena travels ply quite a lot of buses in this route to Far-off places like Velanganni,Nagore, Vedaranyam [I have travelled quite frequently in their coaches and they are one among the best in timings & coaches are brand new] and IF chennai- Velanganni fare is 300 rs for ex, they are quoting the same price for Chennai -pondy too [ which is just 50% of the chennai -Velanganni distance] .
b) Timings of several routes is incorrect . Chennai - Pondy is covered in less than 3 hours and several of the "Arrival timings" are quoted incorrectly ! Please check before you book !

Off-Topic :

You could very well board Government buses [ SETC[Government of Tamilnadu]] Or PRTC [ Pondy govt buses]] which are good and newer compared to the normal buses] which ply in this route and frequency is 10 minutes once in day time and for 60 Rs , Non-Stop buses cover this distance around 3 hours in Excellent roads!
