Hi does anyone know of any new 'modern' condos near bagmane tech park.
I am looking to rent preferably 1 or 2 beds and have a budget of 25-35k is this enough?
I would prefer that the condo is newish and modern.

Mostly occupied by IT professionals. Apartment complex is built by TATA. 2-bedroom apartment should be around 1150sq ft. It is very safe place. I assume you own a car/driver!
