What is the best Bengalooru outskirt , a middle class locality, where you can buy residential plots for a 1000/- per sq ft.

It's too expensive nowadays. I know people expect a lot of development in a remote part of Bangalore, but which everyone believes will soon be booming: near the Wipro headquarters, about 30 mins beyond Koramangala. I dont remember the name of the area.
