I think it would be better for you to have one in or near your hometown in the U.S., especially since communication by e-mail is so easy nowadays. You are far more likely to find someone who really knows the ins and outs of U.S. immigration with a U.S.-based immigration attorney, particularly since you will be applying for a marriage-based immigration visa, not an employment based visa, which I suspect Indian immigration lawyers might be more familiar with. But if you really need an attorney in India, you might try Singhania & Partners, which is a large, multi-office Indian firm that has immigration lawyers. Their Bangalore office is at:

#401 Prestige Meridien II, 30 M.G. Road
Bangalore, India 560 001

As you're a dual UK/US national, your profile gives your location as UK, and you applied for your employment visa in the UK, I just wanted to check that it was the US that your husband wants a visa for, not the UK?

EDITED TO ADD: Maybe you're not in the UK after all, I think your profile might need an "update" It says you are male, which I'm disinclined to believe. Not because you have a husband, after all many countries have gay marriages, but because I don't know any guys who sign themselves Rebecca!
