Moving plasma TV and books
I am moving to Bangalore in the summer. I plan on bringing my 42 in plasma TV and a decent collection of books with me. How can I ship my TV and books from the US?

I plan on bringing my 42 in plasma TV Since you have not indicated which street in the town USA, I will wait for other smarter folks on this forum to divine the location and calculate the freight charges from your house to nearest Van-Am lines, or is it D.S & Howe ? You could always called Maersk Logistics (1-770-909-1811).
Are you moving to Bangalore permanently or for a short stay?
Please do not bring the plasma 42" TV - difference in frequency & voltage will be a problem - buy one here. I think the TV resolution is better for the ones sold n the European & Asian markets.
