Moving FROM Bangalore

Hi all,

Well, after 3 years of living and working in Bangalore, my fellowship is wrapping up on June 30 and my visa says I have to be out of India by July 15 so I will be leaving India on July 7. I had such a rich experience living in Bangalore, some great times and quite a few horrible ones too, but I am going to miss this place. Miss the noise that I now rarely notice, the vibrant clothes that ladies wear, the beautiful fragrance of the flower markets, all of the gorgeous street dogs and cats that I have grown to love, and the friends that I have made. Thanks to all on IndiaMike who have helped me in the past, this forum was a life-line for me, especially when I was feeling down and alone and missing home. I appreciate the efforts of the contributors and moderators and love the humor that usually finds its way into every thread, I am sure that I will visit this site even after I leave just for laughs now and then. Thank you and good-bye!

Suzi

PS-If anyone in BLR is interested in a LCD computer monitor or a computer case with internal power supply, PM me.

Thanks for that Suzi...

But what is that you did not
like about bangalore ?

Was it some people, places or events ?

Hate to remind you of them but I hope
some of us Bangaloreans would be able to
remedy it....

Hey Suzi,

Great to hear you had great time in Bangalore. Just wondering, I may be relocating to Bangalore for a short time, something I have been planning for sometime now, and was my reason for joining IM few years back.

What are three things you would miss dreadfully about Bangalore, and what are three things you wouldn't miss at all?
