Hi,Any meetups/ group travel/ get-togethers on weekends in Bangalore?

Hi,
Was wondering cos I did not see any meetups happening in Bangalore, are there any expats who travel together on weekends or have get-togethers or hobby classes, interesting discussions and similar interests? (apart from nightclubs/pubs)

Would like to know if there are any around.

Yes, there is one that i joined but not an expat one, it's the general one and it was fun but the meet ups are few and far between, so if we could get a group of people together, we can probably start one frequently.

hummmm even i got some groups but they are into trekking only. i am more into traveling and clicking places with varied culture, historical importance etc. i am relativly new to bangalore so finding it difficult to gather people with similar mindset.

Dont know about a club, but yes you are free to join the weekend treks/travels that i go about, heck we can start something

Just came back from a weekend in Kodaikanal and it was nice.

I need partners who can drive as any distance more than 300 kms becomes a lil boring for me to drive . kodai was 470 kms and i did that in 8 hrs .

Let me know if you guys are interested in it, we can plan something for this weekend or next .

any trekking plans happening here? I've been in blore for 5 months...have been on a few solo rides to 3-4 places. Not much of a trekker..but would love to do that if there are people around.

Every weekend, they go out on treks and its non profit group and the entire cost of the trek will be equally divided.

Oh..I just joined that group..rather subscribed to the emails.
They are apparently having a trek on the 27th-28th of Aug...but I'm not sure if I'll be a part of this thing anyway
