Bangalore Real Estate

Hi
Am looking for a POSH 4-5 bedroom apt in bangalore preferably south.
The ambience, exterior and interior of the lobby of the apt building including the interior of the apt must be excellent
Kind regards

There are many real estate agents awailible if you roam around bangalore south. Go to them and tell them about your requirements and you will be able to find a decent place. You can also go for independent duplex houses. In a nice locality it can cost you around 20000 to 25000 Rs per month and the advance (which you will get back while leaving) would be 10 months rent(which you can negotiate ofcourse). I would suggest you try in Jayanagar or Banashankari 3rd stage or JP nagar. All these areas are pretty good and decent.

Place an ad in local classifieds: [Do not forget to include: No Brokerage will be paid if you want to avoid paying broker's fee]

Times of India
Deccan Herald Newspaper
Admag.com
Freeads.co.in

You will get brokers, owners and developers responding to the ads.

East Bangalore may also be an option where the software companies are concentrated. From a report I read recently there are 140000 apartments scheduled to be constructed in this IT corridor.[Whitefield- Ring Road-Sarjapur Road-HSR Layout]

One of the major developers is Sobha Builders. They also have projects in South area. You can contact them for direct purchase or from resellers: http://www.sobhadevelopers.com/projects/current/
