how much should I pay (BUDGET) for, and where should I get(in Mumbai near Fort, Colaba or Malabar Hill):
*cell phone plus SIM for India

*womens walking sandals

*custom salwar kameez

*converter kit for my laptop

I'll prob think of other things I need later but that's my main concerns for now

Of the 3 places, the road joining Fort (Fountain) and Colaba will be more 'budget' than Colaba or Malabar Hill.

*cell phone plus SIM for India- buy anywhere, new cheap nokia phone 1100 rupees, sim card airtel free with it, talk time depends on you

*womens walking sandals- fort area mentioned (FAM)- budget Rs 200

*custom salwar kameez: but many shops in FAM and Colaba both. Probably 5/600 rupees budget- upto thousands of rupees, depending on you.
