first step would be to check with your regular insurance providers to see what packages they have and if your regular policies payout when out of your country as well or not. Ive only seen travel insurance for indians traveling abroad by indian insurers.

So i assume Insurance providers in the UK (not indian) would provide insurance for travelers traveling out of UK. An indian insurer i suppose would not have any actuarial data for visitors from elsewhere.
