exchange rate for travel checks in india??
hello guys.]
we going to take some travel checks but we don`t know how much is the rate in India? pound-rupee and dollar-rupee please help.many thanks. joanna@riki |

xe.com will give you up-to-date exchange rates. Currently 1 USD = Rs 48, and 1 GBP = Rs 80, give or take an ounce.
Exchange rates for cash and T/Cs may vary slightly but not by much. Another alternative is to use a credit or debit card at ATMs which are widely available. Just tell your bank before you go that you'll be using it overseas. |

I know ATM but the rate is different for travel checks is 78 but for ATM is just 70..
