Changing money at the airport

Does anyone have an opinion about the best place at the Delhi Airport for exchanging money? I'm looking for the best rate, of course, along with the lowest conversion and transaction fees.

There are few money changers at the airport, but don't expect good rates from them.

If you must, change the minimum to get you by for a day or 2 and then change the rest in the city. Plenty of places in Paharganj & Connought would do that at good rates.
