Another Insurance Question (sorry)

I'm off to Ladakh in October in October to go trekking. I've been recommended to get True Traveller Insurance (http://www.adventuretravelinsurance....insurance.aspx) who I've never heard off but they seem to have good reviews and the guy on the phone was helpful, or go with World Nomads (http://www.worldnomads.co.uk/) who conversely I have heard of, but they have had some really bad reviews. Anyone tried either of them and can give me feedback?

Also, I asked the guy at True Traveller about helicopter rescue should I do something really stupid. He told me that the last situation they had they used a Helicopter service in Chandigarh but it was all arranged by their medical emergency service. Does this sound right? Is it as organised as it is in Nepal? I tried the same question with World Nomads but gave up trying to get hold of anyone on the phone after trying them for a couple of hours.

I think here you have your answer. I would want an insurance that I can reach on the phone. What if you find yourself in a difficult situation and have to ask them something?
