Interests
Travel especially to India,(My wife and I have made five visits to India over the last 7 years). I also enjoy photography (check out my IndiaMike photo page). I am also quite fond of South American music, all sorts of movies including Indian films.
I like to be around people who think about life and have something worthwhile to say rather than those who talk to hear themselves talk or just to impress others; It is much easier to want to be around people who do not take themselves too seriously, who have a good sense of humor, who have taken the time to learn to speak more than one language. These are the people I most enjoy spending time with.
Occupation
I am the Associate Executive Director and grant writer at a 111 year old multi-service non-profit social services agency in our county. I also maintain a private practice and I provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples.
