also too many to remember/list. Just read "Eat Pray Love", Chopra's "The Book of Secrets", "The Namesake", "Sacred Games", all of Octavia Butler's sci-fi novels, Wlm Gibson's sci-fi novels, select detective/mystery novels, urban fairytales, old fairytales/myths/legends, everything Charles de Lint has written....I have a veritable library in my DNA starting from very early childhood on so "favorites" are very hard for me to settle on!
