my(Indian) wife pakistani born canadian citizen

Dear Fellow,

I am indian citizen,currently residing in Saudi Arabia,my wife is pakistan born canadian citizen.Is she is eligible for indian citizenship or OCI card???? what about my future generation??

No she is not eligible for OCI. However, if she moves to India; after required number of years she can petition. Your children born in India will become Indian citizens; again based on the regulations. Check http://indiancitizenshiponline.nic.in/ for more details.

she is having both passport pakistan and canada,nowdays she is in in India for last two months on pakistani passport becoz indian consulate denied visa on canadian passport.Can it possible for her to surrender her pakistan passport???
