Lightbulb Indian Marrying a Paraguayan

hello guys..
I am an Indian Citizen and now live in delhi.. i will marry my fiancee, a Paraguayan Citizen, in January and started observing the legal procedures for the same.. she is presently in her country.. can anyone here please help me out on what particulars (in terms of documents, IDs) would SHE need to carry with her for our civil marriage here and what ME too need to have with me..


PS. i've heard that a 'single status certificate' is needed.. a help on how and where she can obtain that and whether i need that or not, will be much appreciated..
