If this is your first trip stay at Calangute beach.....

You have not mentioned, how are you traveling.

2 Days are more inough for Shirdi and 2 Days are very less for Goa.

If you are traveling by train then I guess you have to get train for Goa from Mumbai/Pune, try with Malshej Ghat with full of waterfalls. (it is 100 Kms from Shirdi towards Mumbai/Pune).

A train ride to GOA from Konkan railway is going to be most scenaric in this session.

If you are strict with 2.5 days in goa then dont try to coverup all. In return come in a train that passing from Dudhsagar Fall (It will be fantastic in this session.)

Regards
Rushi

Even 1 day is enough for shirdi.
The most important for people visiting shirdi, is the holy puja or worship, called as kakad arti which is held every day early morning around 5-5.30am is worth visiting.
Rest day can be took off, exploring local places, and the same very night you can leave for goa.
