Well, i have not visited all these places myself, but let me try to help you on the ones i have been to..

Shirdi to Nashik is about 2-3 hours, and from Nashik to Tryambakeshwar is about 0.5-1 hour away (in the opposite direction). There should be plenty of buses between Shirdi-Nashik, while Tryambakeshwar is also very well connected to Nashik..

Grishneshwar temple is near Ellora Caves near Aurangabad, about 2-3 hours from Shirdi,..I think the best bet is to reach Aurangabad, from where Grishneshwar should be easily reachable.

There are plenty of taxis availabe on rent - approx charge will be Rs 6-7 per km with a minimum of 200-250 km per day. The bus connectivity is pretty good in these places too.

From Shirdi on the way to Aurangabad, you can visit another reglious place Shani-Shingnapur.

Not sure how you are traveling (bus/train), and whats your tour starting point..but one good idea may be to reach Nashik on Thursday, freshen up, do a day trip to Tryambakeshwar, come back to Nashik and reach Shirdi at night..You can take darshan on friday (if interested then go for "kakad aarti" - early morning prayer), halt at ShaniShingapur on the way to Aurangabad and reach Grishneshwar..However, i have no idea how this will leave you to cover your other two destinations, as i havent been there myself!

@strinath, I had done Nashik > Shirdi > Shani Shingnapur > Aurangabad > Ghrishneshwar Temple (Ellora included) > Aurangabad > Ajanta in 3 and a half day starting with Triambakeshwar temple first. You may also do in same order or reverse. It depends where are you landing first!

@bimal4u, Please refer this link.
So, it seems possible to complete Shirdi to Bhimashankar in one day.
You will find a lot of four wheelers running between Shirdi and Shani Shingnapur.

kash2730, Aurangabad Darshan would be taking at least half day. Visit to Ellora and coming back would become hectic.
There seems to be no sense in booking hotel for the day it is not to be utilized.
In stead, i would have prefered to straight away go to Ellora once reaching Aurangabad. Take a room at Dharmashala at Ghrishneshwar Temple, get fresh, have darshan, visit Ellora caves and then go to Aurangabad. Now there would be two alternatives - one to move to Shirdi; other would be to do local site seeing.
On Day 2 they could start for Shirdi but again during daytime it becomes too hectic to have Darshan of Baba.
So I would have taken late evening bus to Shirdi and have Darshan in early morning. Then could have done Shani Shinganapur also.

I have not attended Kakad Aarti ever, so won't be of any help!

Triambakeswar Temple (near Nasik) and Ajanta Ellora Caves (near Aurangabad) are in opposite directions.

@nhegde
For kakad aarti reach temple at 4.00 am. Indiamiker tips : Don,t go with gate no. 1 (as mostly all devotees visit) instead go to the gate no. 2 (you will get early darshan). All pass holder / VVIP used gate no. 3.
Skip trimbakeshwar & plan ajanta, ellora.....

I recollect a few years back we had to spend quite a few hours in the line to enter the temple. The waiting room had TV's which was relaying the Kakkad aarti. So we saw the Kakkad aarti while we were in the line.
