Places around Mumbai for Monsoon
Hey Guys,
We are a bunch of 25-30 colleagues from office in Mumbai planning to go for an one day outing around Mumbai. Earlier we were planning for Lonavla, but since there would be too much rush there, we are contemplating other places as well. It would be great if anybody can suggest other places and also the details for the same. The picnic will be only for one day and the place should be ideal for monsoon. Thanks, Raj |

Malshej ghat is one place but that again gets crowded, but you can expect less crowd then Lonavala.
Alternately your group can go on a one day trek to either of the places Matheran Naneghat Karnala Fort Many more........ Ronak. |

Yes- Malshej requires two days...and just driving through a scene is not justified unless you can stop to breath !
