Photos From Lonar Crater
Finally cleaned up photos from a monsoon end trip to Lonar Lake and Crater. Spent over six hours inside the crater, exploring temples, ruins, rocks and nature. For anyone going there I would highly encourage using the services of Anand Mishra, a young college student in Lonar, who also acts as a guide for NASA scientists and other visiting academicians. It is a extremely immersive experience...
PM me if you need his number, else he can be contacted through the MTDC manager. Enjoy the trip through a land of acid and rock! http://www.soumya.org/genesis/2009/10/lonar-crater.html |
