There are plenty of trains crossing via Parli Railway station.
Please visit this link.

Parli (Parli Vaijnath) is a Railway Station (PRLI is the station Code) on Secunderabad (SC) Division of South Central Railway (SCR).

Sorry, still could not get anything on your query. But stumbled upon this page. I thought you might be interested on this. Please click here for details!

BTW, instead of worrying about the distance from railway station, you should have been thinking of reaching there and take some vehicle to reach temple which is located in a village on the slopes of Meru or Naganarayana Mountain. Parali is an ancient village located near three rivers, Brahma, Venu and Saraswati!

Shri Sachinchuchu and Shri Prakaant,
Parli Vaidyanath Temple is at 2 KMs from Parli Railway Station. Regarding Aundha Nagnath, the nearest Railway station is Parbhani at 64 Kms and Chondi another Rly Stn at 21 Kms. The difference is from Parbhani lot of vehicles are available. This I understand on searching various sites. Any how, thanks for the pains you have taken.

dear sengailingam,
As prakaant told, The important point here is how to reach Parli from Chennai. I think I can help you in this. I myself visited these places 3-4 times.
Best option is come to Solapur from Chennai (Lots of trains are available in this route). From Solapur, Lots of State run Buses/Pvt Vehicle to Parli Vaijnath (150 kms/4 hrs). On the way, you can also visit Ambejogai (One of the 51 Shaktipeethas of Goddess Parvati). Lots of good hotels for staying in Ambejogai & Parli Vaijnath. You can also visit Aoundhya Nagnath , One of the Jyotilingas, (120 kms from Parli).
If possible, you can visit Pandharpur(60 kms/2 hrs)/Tuljapur(30 kms/1 hr)/Akkalkot(40 kms/1 & half hr) from Solapur. Lots of State run Buses from Solapur to visit these places, But all these places are in three different directions.
have a nice journey
Regards

Parli vaidyanath and aundha nagnath dharshan

Dear Shri Shritravel,
I can not be away from my family for a long time due to commitment to my family members. My desire is to have dharshan of all jyothirlingams. Only recently I come to understand that 12 Jyothirlingams have been accommodated at 19 places. I thing, you mean Aundha Nagnath as "Aoundhya Nagnath". Any how your information is most useful to me. With the blessings of the Jyothirligam and well wishers like you, I shall make a dharshan of all these places once I am relieved from the clutches of my commitments.
Thanks once again

Parli vaidyanath and aundha naganath dharshan

This time along with my friend and neighbor Shri Sundaram I proceeded for Dharshan of Lord Vaidyanath at Parly and Lord Nageshwar at Aundha. Both are at Maharastra State. We left Chennai on 20th October 2012 and came back to Chennai on 27th October 2012 morning.
PARLI VAIDYANATH
We left Chennai to Bangalore and from Bangalore to Parli by the Direct Train 16594 Bangalore - Nandad Express. We arrived Parli Railway Station at 1920 hrs. Plenty of lodges are available nearby Temple. The Bus Stand is very nearby to Railway Station. We stayed at VINAYAGA LODGE which is on the upstairs of Bus Stand. The lodge is not that much good. The only benefit is HOT WATER all the 24 hours. They have provided one solar water heater. The toilet is very bad. Bath room is without a light. I found good lodges near the temple.
Dharshan: Temple is reported to be open between 0600 hrs to 2200 hrs. Rush is reported to be on every Monday. You can take VILVAM from the vendors and perform Pooja on your own. Pandits are also available and will approach for Pooja.
The temple is normal. The deity is reported to be one of the 12 Jyothirlingams. 12 Jyothirlingams are located at 19 places. The disputed locations of Vaidyanath are as follows:
(a) Vaidyanath temple, Deoghar, Jharkhand
(b) Vaijnath temple, Parli, Maharashtra 
(c) Baijnath temple, Baijnath, Himachal Pradesh – KANGRA
One can normally have Dharshan of Vaidynath at Parli in half day. Photography is not allowed inside the premises. Children draw Rangoli in the early morning. Only Tea shops are available nearby Temple.
Further Travel: If desired to proceed further, Aundha Nagnath about 120 Kms from Parli may be planned. Lot of State run transport is available from Parli Bus Stand. No direct Bus to Aundha is available. Transit to Pharbani and from Pharbani to Aundha frequent buses are available. The journey will be around 2 hours. From Parli to Pharbani for 65 Kms Rs 65.00 is the fare. From Pharbani to Aundha 55 Kms, the fare is Rs 50.00. Since people are moving frequently, better to reserve the seat through the window immediately on arrival of the bus.
Kalrathri Devi: The temple is available in about 5 Kms from Vaidyanath Temple. Auto, Share Auto are vailable on payment of RS 30.00 for to and fro. The deity resembles “MARIAMMAN” in South India

Aundha Nagnath :
The Temple is just opposite to Bus Stand. Local pronounce Aundha as “AVOONDA”.
The disputed locations of Nagnath are as follows:
1. Jageshwar temple near Almora, Uttarakhand (pictured) 
2. Nageshwar Temple, Dwarka, Dwarka, Gujarat
3. Aundha Nagnath, Maharashtra

Dharshan Timings: Morning 0400 to 1200 Hrs and from 1600 hrs to 2200 hrs. Fortunately on the day of our visit the crowd was reported to be very less. Even for this small crowd it took about 2 hours for Dharshan. The offerings are not normally placed before the deity. The coconut is not broken and placed before the deity. Better to go with “VILVAM” and the Pooja can be done on own. The deity is covered with silver cover and the Panda will remove the silver cover on payment of Rs 50.00 and above. Numerous types of Pooja such as “Jal Pooja”, “Rudhrasha Pooja”. “Milk Pooja” are carried out by Pandas on payment of Rs 101.00, 151.00,200.00.
The deity is in underground. One has to get down in the underground through the open and the deity can be reached by kneeling
Accommodation: Good Hotels are available nearby Temple. However, the trust has provided accommodation. Contact TRUST OFFICE well in advance. Accommodation can be reserved. The Trust Office accommodation is very much moderate. The room is very spacious. Without any problem 10 people can be accommodated in one single room. But Bath Room is not in good condition. Frequent power failure.
Food: No good food. However, moderate food facility is available. Rotti and related food is available.
Other factor: A worth full temple. One reaching the under ground, “VIBRATION” can be felt. Next to Trimbakeshwar in Maharestra, Kedarnath in Uttra Khand, I had this vibration in Aundha also. Here also the Dharshan can be within half a day. As such one can easily cover both in one day or maximum in 1.5 days. I.e. immediately after Dharshan at Parli proceed to Aundha. If own transport is available, the journey will be more comfortable.
After Aundha: Though we had booked our journey from Parbhani, we were told that Pharbani is only a commercial centre and suggested for a trip to Nandad. The train we booked starts from Nandad only. As such, we purchased a Open ticket for onward journey to Manthralaya.
In Nandad the importance is the “GURUDWARA”. A temple to be seen. Since it was Navrathi, lot of people had assembled there. An excellent Dharshan. We had free meals in the temple. We took lot of photos. We spent about 3 hours leisurely and returned back to Railway station for the Dormitory accommodation arranged on arrival from Nandad. Bus from Pharbani comes to Railway Station. So no problem of reaching Nandad Railway Station.
From we proceed to Manthralaya and after Dharshan at Manthralaya we returned to Chennai safely. For each senior citizen including train fare for travel from Saturday to Saturday was about Rs 2700.00

If you wish to reach Omkareshwar, and Mahakaleshwar (at Ujjain), you can take 19309 Shanti Express from Ahmedabad. It starts at 19:45 Hrs from Ahmedabad and reaches Indore at 06:30 Hrs (via Ujjain at 04:05 Hrs).

You'll find a MPTDC bus from Ujjain to Omkareshwar. Details here.
