Travelling from Srivardhan to Diveagar through seaside road is real fun and you end up reaching a virgin beach just before Diveagar. Rocks, Sand and Clean Water.

If you happen to be enthusiast looking for off-beat beach experience, this beach will really excite you. Srivardhan and Diveagar both have black sand makes the sea water look little dirty. But the beach mentioned above is neat and clean. There is some rocky area on beach which gives you an exciting high waves.

Those who are new to area, take a right from Mangaon on Mumbai Goa highway, a beutiful road will take you to Srivardhan (aprox 60 km)

It's a beautiful place .. very peaceful, clean beach, and hardly any loud picnic crowd. What more can you ask for!!
Visited DiveAgar a couple of years back .. Thanks for this post, planning a visit there soon

Well I did drive to Diveagar from harihareshwar but mainly to see some famous temple there - did not spend too much time at the beach, should do so next time

Is there a decent place to stay at Diveagar? Planning a bike trip to Goa. Was planning a night stop at Shriwardhan.
Any good place to stop for the night around this place?

tyrelmiranda, there's a MTDC at Diveagar - the hotel is called Exotica and is right on the beach. You will boards directing you to the hotel as soon as you enter Diveagar.
Hotel Pinakin looks good from the outside (haven't every gone in ). You will find many more hotels/home-stay options all along the stretch of the beach.
