In Khandala / Lonavala - monsoon is the time to NOT remain indoors. Unless it rains really heavily, these places offer you good trekking (from soft treks to heavy ones) opportunities. You cal also visit some of the popular (read crowded) lakes and waterfalls.
In any case, some of the resorts wihich offer good indoor fun are: Fariyas (very expensive, has a water park in its premises) Dukes Retreat (again, expensive with great views) Treasure Island (moderate) There are many other options across budgets and almost all hotels have indoor games, discotheques, swimming pools etc. |
