Aurangabad to Pune
Hi
Please can someone tell me what is the best way to get from Aurangabad to Manmad to catch a 21.20 train to Pune. Im not sure if its easier to get a taxi or train or how long the journey is?? Thanks |

If you look at the train routes on a map, you will see that train travel from Aurangabad to Pune is by a very roundabout route. The most direct is by road - Aurangabad - Ahmadnagar (I think) - Pune. The other alternative is that Ajanta (I believe) is closer to Jalgaon than Aurangabad. So you can visit Ajanta and then catch the 20:20 train from Jalgaon which gets into Pune at 6:50 am Below is the map http://www.indianrailways.gov.in/maps/all_india.htm |
