Any Route Exists like Mentioned

Hi All,

I have visited Bhimashankar couple of times via Malshej as well as via Pune.

I just came to know about this rout http://www.mustseeindia.com/driving-...avel-direction.
It is mentioned that this route will take 110 KMs, Is this route exisits if yes then how is road condition? You can see they have mentioned about State Highways so I believe this road should be there.

I also found similar route on some other sites.

I have been on this road till Karjat. The road is not that bad. After Karjat do not know about the condition of the road.
I had taken the the following route
CBD-Belapur-Kharghar-Kamothe-Express Highway Kalamboli-First Exit-Toll Naka-Chowk-Left towards Karjat
