Bhopal to indore travel options

Dear All,

I need to travel from Hyderabad to Indore. I would be reaching Bhopal by train on the night of 7th August at about 1000PM. I checked but there are no trains available after that till 4AM in the morning to Indore.

What r the other options for me to reach Indore by 6am in the morning? R there buses from Bhopal to Indore at that hour? I heard that there r shared taxis available? R they good & safe?I need to b in Indore by 6-7 AM on 8th August.

Help would be highly appreciated.

You can take 59390 leaving at 22:50. The only problem is that if you train reaches late you could miss this.

You can also try to catch 16326. As of now showing wait list. You can try tatkal.

Thanks for the prompt reply but as u mentioned the problem with the passenger is i would miss if my train is late and the other one is waitlisted.....Thats the reason why i was looking at road travel?? can you help in this regard plz?

through out night there are n-nos of bus & share taxi play between bhopal indore so in my opinion go by road its a four lane road and in 3hrs you will touch the indore

When you come out of the Main Bhopal railway station ask any coolie for shared Taxi's to Indore. Its easily walkable and
no issues of safety at night. Bhopal - Indore is now a superb 4 lane expressway.

Travelling by road in a shared taxi is the best, safe and the most convenient option for you.

How much will it cost per passenger by shared taxi to Indore ?

Travelling from Bhopal to Indore:
Bhopal railway station - go towards platform 5 and approach exit gates.. Auto drivers would take Rs 10 and drop to Shared taxi stand.
Non-AC taxi charge - Rs 300
AC taxi charge - RS 350-400
Roads are good, safe for families & Taxis are avaialble 24x7

Travel time 3 Hrs 30 Min (with a meal/refreshment break in between)..
*you may ask other fellow passangers to skip in order to reach faster.
**Don't forget to take fare receipt from these guys...
