Help With Iterinary For Diwali Trip

Hai PPL,

We're planning an iternary as follows, would be grateful for suggestions and alternative plans, me and my wife would be driving our SUV, we're road-heads, so driving long-distance is no issue, we stop @ sundown.

OCTOBER:
24th Ahmedabad to Indore / Omkaraswar – check in around 8 pm
25th Visit to Omkaraswar / sight seeing.
26th check out 6 am -Ombaraswar to Panchmari –check in 3 pm -
27th Panchmari – sight seeting –
26th check out 6 am - Panchmari to Bedaghat / Jabalpur
27th-Jabalpur / Bedaghat sight seeting
28th check out 6 am - Bedaghat to Khana WLS – check in 3 pm
29th Sight seeing Khana WLS
30th – Check out 6 am – Reach Dhule or Jalgaon late night – Stay in Hotel
31st – Check out 6 am – Reach Ahmedabad through Surat.

Some Questions:

1. Which is the best route to Indoroe form Ahmedabad, thro Surat?
2. Are there good Hotels @ Omkaraswar, or is it better to cover it from Indore?
3. Is 1 1/2 days sufficient @ Panchmari, is there much to see?
4. Is there a good hotel at Bedaghat, I think its 60 km from Jabalpur.
5. Is Khana WLS good for Tiger spotting.

Would also apprecite suggestions for hotels in these places and if anybody knows the road conditions, please post.

I know it's a longish list, please try to post as much as you can.

Is 1 1/2 days sufficient @ Panchmari, is there much to see?

Make it 2 days. It's a nice hill station.

[b]Is there a good hotel at Bedaghat[b]

Firstly, it's about 25-30 kms and not 60 kms from jabalpur City. If you take a tempo, it'll take you about an hour. But if you rent a car, you'll reach much faster.

Don't stay in Bedaghat. It's not a place to stay. Stay in Samdariya Hotel(10 min fron railway stn), Narmada Jackson (nr railway stn), Satya Ashoka(located in Napier town/15-20 min from railway stn) in Jabalpur City.

Don't forget to buy marble stuff from Bhedaghat!

Don't miss Madhiya ji. It's a jain sthal and its about 6 kms from centre of Jabalpur city.

PS - don't miss Chinese at a small restraunt named 'clock tower' at Clock Tower in Jabalpur. (10 min from station)

5. Is Khana WLS good for Tiger spotting.

It is amazing (a friend says so). Stay in a nice resort. There are a whole lot of them.
Also, bandhavgarh is awesome!
