Want to find a place to camp on 21st July 09 in or around Panchmadhi. Can we pitch tents on Dhupgad? By what time should we reach there? How much hrs to climb from the Car parking near Dhupgad? We intend to obrerve Total Solar Eclipse next morning at Sunrise btn 6 To 6.30 Am. Pl. Suggest some other spots around Panchmadhi, Tamiya etc where we can stay over nite with our vehicles and photography equipments.This is urgent. We shall be leaving Amravati, on 21st July 09. Am. I know monsoon is not favourable but ,just as the Deers just dont fall in the mouth of a lazy tiger, but tiger has to chase it, likewise we are chasing Diamond Rings and Shadow Bands of this total solar eclipse as this is our last chance to see it in our life. Next total Solar Fclipse in Central India is around 80 years away and I am 45. Would be glad if local enthusiasts from Tamiya, Pachmadhi etc join us for the Show. We will be carrying extra pairs of Eclipse Goggles to offer as gift for them. Thanks.
