hey

hey anurag..wow 15-20days in the forest sounds super

i strongly suggest u should stay in the government owned hotels as they are mid priced, well located and convenient for all the safari bookings. however, if u are on a low budget u might find several hotels that are low budget.

BUT u must definitely stay at Baghira Log Huts in Kanha, government owned and inside the park...awesome experience...the huts is inside the park gate and faces the jungle..might just get ur pants in a twist in the night...scared u will be..had bisons passing just 50 mts away from my room and deers generally wandering all over

http://www.mptourism.com/dest/kanha_accomm.html

u can also chk other govt hotels on the site

i was fortunate enough to witness the stalking process at Kanha, however the tiger didn't succeed in the kill

am sure u will have some super pics...do mail

cheers!

hey

hey again

i have been to kanha n bandhavgarh only...jeep safari's are awesome...u going at peak winter so please take several layers of clothes ..its going to be freezing..especially in the mornings...tho best signthing happen during summer...but honestly its all about luck...n the settings in winter would be awesome too

u will get the tariff (park entry)from the mp tourism site itself ..frm my previous link ..jeep would be separate i guess..u must strike a deal for thge number of days there with the jeep guys..nething specific u want 2 know?

regarding hotels..u should take the non-ac n save some money as u will not need it at all...might need a heater instead..j/k

cheers!
