Mandu

For those interested in Mandu in Madhya Pradesh, have sent to the new section: Community, a long (four or five pages) description of Mandu, the history and the monuments, is a part of a book I'm writing about "Hidden & forgotten places".

The book is originally in spanish and I've made the translation into english (really sorry!!!!)

. Next I'll try to enclose few pictures inside (I don't know if it is possible) in any case in my son's gallery "jorge jr." you can see some pictures of the best monuments in Mandu.

Thanks Jorge. I love this place as I grew up nearby and use to go there during Monsoon season. I appreciate it even more when I look at the pictures you took. Really nice pictures.

I'm absolutely sure Mandu will not disappoint you. Is a different place in India but very few tourist go there.

I went to Mandu last end of August but the monsoon was already off and unfortunatelly was a very short monsoon.

I'm attaching few more pictures.

I have explored entire Mandu and founf some more exciting places. Like sat-Su Sirhi ( Seven Hunderd Steps) and Budhi mandu (The Old Town of Mandu)I have many pictures of Untamed places
