Kanha and Bandhavgarh at night
We are visiting both parks and would like to know if there is anywhere/anything to do at night outside the parks.
Any local cultural events or anything in that area worth checking out? |

Hi larryprobst,
The forest department at Kanha screens wildlife films in an open air theater every night at the information center at Kisli gate. It is worth attending. You can also go out to Kisli village for dinner on one night. A lot of village ladies offer very affordable home-cooked food in their homes along the Kisli road, and it is a great way to taste the local food and eat in an authentic MP village home. Believe me, it is quite an experience! I cannot offer any tips on Bandhavgarh however as I have not been there.
