Bandarvargh's Jungle Lodge

I am planning on staying at Bandarvargh's Jungle Lodge on January and would love to hear if anyone has stayed there. Also curious as to how cold it might be and what is recommended so we are somewhat comfortable on the early morning drives?

Hi I was there in just before Christmas a couple of years back! I recommend you get well kitted out for the morning trips, the cold, damp morning air, combined with the openback jeep made the first hour pretty cold!!

Think Wooly Hat, Gloves, Fleece jacket, and thick jumper........you may even want to take a blanket along!
There was a lady of 59 with us on our three morning trips and she really was feeling the cold and though a bit younger and fatter, I was also a tad chilly for the first hour or so.
It really is short lived; the cold, as soon as the sun clears the horizon things quickly become comfortable!!

It's a great feeling though; waking with the forest even if it is a bit cold!!

Be sure to avail yourself of the restaurant fire and a hot chai before setting off.......a scolding hot cup of tea is just the thing before "tracking tigers"

Sorry I can't help you with the Jungle Lodge!
