Hi - I am travelling to Goa during the latter part of November and will be staying for three weeks. For my stay I am looking to rent either a 2 bed roomed villa or appartment ideally with en-suite bathrooms and weither a private pool or access to a pool.

Steve, hope you know that even though you are staying for 3 weeks you will be charged for the whole month. The following rates are prevailing in Candolim/Calangute :-

1) 1 bedroom apartment with swimming pool facility is about Rs 15,000/month

2) 2 bedroom apartment with swimming pool facility is Rs 20,000-25,000/month

3) Independent villa with private swimming pool is Rs 60,000-80,000/month

You better grab a place quickly, all the places that I know of are already booked.
