Varkala accommodation
Varkala accommodation
we are looking for mid price accommodation but somewhere that has atmosphere and people around to meet and have a drink with. Can anyone suggest such a place. Was thinking of Sea Pearl Chalets?
thanks
thanks
We were originally going to stay at Sea Pearl, but on arrival decided not to, really only because of the season-the walk up the hill from the beach is steep and on muddy ground dangerous. The rain during monsoon hits the huts up there at an angle thats unbareable too. But we went to see it and its gorgeous-Id definitely stay there out of monsoon season. Very basic but sweet sweet place with a kilelr view. We stayed at Preeth Resort, back off the cliffs-great place, more $$ but worth it for the 1st stop just to chill and relax. They have an excellent pool, and as the sea was deadly that was a huge bonus. Theres a fair bit of of casual socialising along the cliff at the many restaurants, and i imagine at Sea Pearl during season. Let me know if i can be of any more help-Varkala was a superb spot.
