Panjim Inn - Panjim Goa
-Location (city/area)- Panjim - Fontainhas area - just off Qurem Road
-Phone/fax/email/website- tel 226523 fax 228136 -rates for rooms- Not Cheap last year was approx 1000rps but this was xmas time -Amenities (hot shower, tv, etc)- This is an old portuguese mansion which the owner has renovated with period fixtures and fittings. Built round a central courtyard its a great place for the odd nights stay. Large ensuite rooms with big old high beds, ceiling fans etc. -Likes/Dislikes- Its different and theres also a small art gallery with paintings for sale ( a bit too pricey for us). The owner has just finished renovating an old Hindu house on the next block up which looks very promising as well. |
