Old Goa Tourist Hotel

Does anyone have any first-hand experience of the OLD Goa Tourist Hotel (NOT the one in Panaji)? I would be grateful for all information.

double room is 250r. it`s a big spacious room, clean enough with fan and TV and private bathroom.
