need a appartment in north goa

right i dont know where to start so here goes,my parents have to go away for 8 weeks starting from the 3rd january but sometimes go for up to 12 weeks they normally go to tenerife but the weather isnt any good any more,we all went to calungute 7 years ago and loved it,so they would like to start going to goa for 8 to 12 weeks ,they would like to go to the busy part of goa baga,candolim or calungute .
i need a 1 or 2 bed appartment for 2-3 months with a pool and cable tv as they dont go out every night.
can anyone help me with this or tell me where to look as im struggling a bit.
