Mahendra Prakash - Udaipur

Arrived here after leaving another Hotel nearby which was unsuitable and noisy and colluding with the driver to rip us off(post later) Although nearby the other Hotel it was very quite as the traffic turned off in a road fork leaving little or no traffic near the hotel. First impression is Wow, mbeautiful pained ceilings in the foyer with many cushioned coulured windows, we were taken to our room which was upstairs and the last room left vacant. It was spotless clean and a massive jump from the previous rooms. The manager, LALA(nickname) told me not to trust the driver we had and had told him not to enter his Hotel, he won a lot of points from us for this. The Hotel is lovely and spotllesy clean the English junior cricket team were staying ther and had the best rooms, we took pictures of some of them and the best room near the pool is fantastic. we had a meal in the restaurant and sat in a bay window area with a small table set in cushions the staff lit candles for us and we had a great meal overlloking the pool.
