Hello everyone

I am looking for accommodation in Agra at very low rate, less than Rs 150 a day in the first or second week of December, just the basic facilities( neat bathroom, bed, hot water for bath)will do. Please suggest if there are any?

You actually want quite alot for Rs 150! Hot water, even! Running from a tap, or brought to your room in a bucket?

I certainly can't help you but if such a place exists, I'm sure someone here on IM will help you!

Well nothing is impossible and unavailable in India. But you have to search a bit for it.

Try http://www.hotelajayinternationalagra .com/tariff.htm
Single room Rs 300.

Well, I think a clean room with a neat bathroom and hot water in one of the most popular tourist towns in India, in the height of the tourist season is as close as you can get to impossible and unavailable - at Rs 150.

I'll say this is well impossible...

You may get a room for Rs. 150 but certainly not with these mod cons....

Well, you've just proved the OPPOSITE of what you said!!! You did find a nice place at TWICE THE PRICE!!! So I guess searching a bit didn't help at all!!

However, good find!! Looks like a real bargain.
