Long-term rent in surfing areas
Hello,
Given I'd like to rent a house for 10+ persons in Northen Goa for 6+ month (Oct to Apr) from direct owner, what minimum and average costs should I expect? What costs should I expect on surfable shores of Kerala or Karnataka? I'm not looking for one right now, just curious. |

I guess I should clarify that by "a house for 10+ persons" I meant a 5+ bedroom villa...
