Hotels in Delhi, Jaipur, and agra and getting from india to kathmandu

My boyfriend and I are plannign to take a trip to india in late july to early August and were tryign to decide where to stay. In Delhi we decided that we woudl stay at hotel samrat which is attached to the more fancy hotel(much more expensive). WE decided on there because we were unsure about the pajarganj area and because we are quite young decided it was best to just stay elsewhere. In Jaipur we decided on hotel Madhuban(sp) which from teh website seemed very nice, but you know whats on teh website isnt alwasy how it actually is. Any info on there? And then in Agra we decided to splerg because we are only staying one night and stay at the Taj View? Is there a nicer hotel for that price?(100 a night or so) or is it not really worth it?
One mreo question, we are planning on going to kathmandu from agra adn have no idea how to get there. We are takign trains from teh other places. I coudltn find a flight from deli to kathmandu. IS there any way to get there by train? The cheaper the better. Do we need nto get to Delhi first? Im assuming so. Any help woudl be much appreciated!

Taj view is really worth it,for onenight you can go for it.
