Hotels / Apartments less than 600 INR in Goa?

Hello.

I will be going to Goa in September, I plan to stay in a hotel / apartment for the first week or two until I get my bearings, and then move around / explore further, eventually coming back to the UK in December.

I would like to know of hotels mainly, but also considering apartments, that are less than 600 INR per night for a basic double bed room.

I've seen some great lists in previous threads but here's the thing, I would like places with a website / email address as I have no phone to ring!!

I understand September is still monsoon and so prices may go up after then, but thats fine I want to experience the end of the monsoon.

hello there are some hotels near calangute beach , small hotels in which the normal room rate would be around 600. one should negotiate with them for longterm stay. normally for a foriegner the price would be a bit more.

Welcome to India.....

What kind of hotels you are looking for ? A descent hotel for double will cost you Rs 600-800 at the time Nov-Dec because its season time in Goa. Whats your plan in Goa or India ?

there are many such small accomodations near the beaches in Goa which would not have any websites...if you do not have a phone facility then you would have to be in goa to find some cheap hotels..
