Hotel recommendations: Jaisalmer and Ranthambore
Anyone recommend where to stay in
a) Jaisalmer...we're planning on spending three or four nights there, so we need somewhere we can relax...(swimming pool etc v important) current options: Fort Rajwada Jawahar Niwas Palace Jaisal Castle also...don't want to be too far from the fort.. b) Ranthambore Can't affort the Vanya Villas...so need to chose between Taj Sawai Madhopur Lodge Tiger Den the Taj Lodge looks a bit nicer, but also seems to be quite a bit further from the park...is this a problem? Many thanks Simon |

Tiger Den
I have just returned from India and spent two nights at Tiger Den as part of an organised tour. Can highly recommend it - good accommodation, great food and helpful staff. And I saw a tiger!
Can I mention Bandhavgarth reserve, saw 3 tigers at one time - magic!! |
