Hotel Mumbai / Konkan-coast
Hallo out there
Could anybody give us a hotel/hostel/homestay etc. recommendation of a nice place to stay with garden (not the Bentley's) or/and rooftop terrasse. It can be a budget or mid-range hotel up to $40.--., preferable in the Colaba district. We would like to have a nice "oasis" to come back, after we explored the bustling city on our first time visit to India.
Has anybody some rec. on the Kolkan-coast south of Mumbai. Any rec. of a nice beach and accommodation on the beach will be appreciated. Does anybody know Murud and the MTDC Holiday Resort or the Kashid Beach Resort. Is Murud a place to stay a few days and get used to Indian life after arriving in Mumbai?
