Highland Beach Resort (Goa)

Hi folks,
Planning to stay in Highland Beach resort (Goa). Would appreciate any feedback on the place.

I've not stayed there but I know exactly where it is,
It's got access to the beach direct from the hotel grounds, Positiond about 1.5 miles along the beach Nth of Fort Aguada or 15mins walk along the beach Sth of calangute, It's 5 mins up the lane to the main road, shops for everything are in this area or walk/auto 1 mile into calangute centre.

Excellent location. The owners are Gujarati's called Shah. The service is tops. The last time I was there they were building a little Gym for their guests.

I highly recommend this place. Actually I even tried to buy 2 units from them and they wouldn't sell. I'll try again this Dec.

sorry to be contradictive,ive been ther e 3 times in last 4 years.the beach is about 6 or 7 mins walk to the beach.great hotel,food ok,staff nice,rooms ok,great place candolim.im of there in 11 weeks and cant wait if ya need any more info ,please dont hesitate to ask
